All The Good Little Boys In A Row ...

... were knocked over by England's B team bowlers. Meanwhile, around the country not one of the batsmen chosen in Australia's expanded First Test squad of 17 looked like they deserved their place. Whilst Hussey's stocks sunk lower (0 today for WA) because of his previous innings of 0 & 3, there can be no joy anywhere. Please note Mark Cameron's early strike on Strauss and the form of Smith and O'Keefe, the latter a forgotten man in the calculations of most. Perhaps he needs to advertise more widely that he is not related to Skull even through a milkman's wishful thinking.

  1. Preparation for Australia leading into an important series with players in the mix not really performing could be misleading for the England players. I can see Australia as the underdogs in this series and England the over confident side. This role reversal might see what Australia are really made of when they are under the pump from an obvious bouyant England side.
